Cell C Top Up contract a ****
Please newer take an Top Up contract from Cell C. They never advise you that with a Top Up contract you cannot call 0860 numbers. In my case I need to buy airtime to phone my medical aid to get authorisation for an operation. I have more than 200 minutes of airtime that I get with my contract but I cannot use this.
