Cell C took my airtime

<p>I have been a contrect Cell C client for almost a year now and for the past 11 months everything was ok until yesterday (Friday 02 September). Cell C had given me my monthly airtime as usual then when I wanted to use it yesterday I am told I have insufficient funds, I went on to buy R12 airtime since it was an emergency. Since it was to another Cell C client I used the nonus airtime then later on the day I had zero balance on my airtime again (without making a call to anyone).</p> <p> </p> <p>So I am puzzled as to how can I go from R112.00 to R0.00????? </p> <p> </p> <p>please explain to me Cell C: ********** 953</p>
