Cell c took me to credit bureau after paying them

Cell c honesty speaking and no professionalism I paid my account now I received a message that they took my name to credit bureau and from R1699 cancellation fee it’s now R3000 after paying them R10388,42 which they gave me for closing my account due to job lose now they are working and trying to tarnish my credit profile they said they will investigate into this matter and give me feedback they never did all I got was a text from credit bureau,they careless about consumers whoever is instructing that I wonder what management strategy he/she is using need to go through structured problem solving and anger management therapy because they are not using professionalism but using emotions to work and victimize consumers.
