Cell c took me to credit bureau after paying off my account
Cell c still is not solving my issue last week Thursday an agent called me that this issue will be resolved she went into the calls the R1699 will be zeroed when I requested a paid up letter now they are saying the account is in arrears again I called the consultant this week told me they are looking into my matter but for how long while my name the same company took it to credit bureau they seem not to care about the consumer they are not working into the matter they keep on lying to me.

02 Sept 2021, 09:41I’m in arrears with what and how because I called cell c they have all that was due for me to pay including cancellation fee please go into your calls for last week Thursday blast 9:00 the call was 2min Theodora called me and told me she went through my call register and heard the conversation I did as I was suppose to do and my account will be zeroed now from R1699 to R3000 plus with credit burea what is cell c doing.I have all communication I emailed VVM attorney’s last night plus proof of payment and you have all this information with you plus the so called recorded calls but you guys are not doing your job now the amount is R3000 you are just guessing digits now.May God help you guys,yes businesses need to make profits but not in this way be truthful in your doings not exploiting innocent people and make the victims.
