Cell c too scared to tell the truth

Week 2 of network issues... please note cell c that when it comes to payment there will be technical difficulties as well. We pay over R1000 a month for contract phones that we are unable to use! How long will it take to resolve this matter... let me guess, you are unable to tell me. This has become beyond pathetic and POOR service! We have had to buy a telkom simcard to access emails and social media on our phones! #cellcwhatisyourexcusenow
