Cell c to Un-blacklist my device and cellphone numbers.

My name is Nhlanhla Mavis Lubisi, ID Number ***, i have taken a contract with Cell C in 2018 and that made me to b a Cell C customer. Cell C was deducting the contract money as per agreement until I was failing to pay due to financial strain. Cell C then Blocked my cellphone numbers and the device further handed me over to SHAPIRO SHAIK DEFERIES AND ASSOCIATES. I then made arrangements and started paying until I finished. After paying I returned to Cell C to get my lines unlocked as well to get my device unblocked. Cell c instructed me to go to police station to obtain an Affidavit, get Proof of residence, 0 Balance statement from the lawyers SSDA , ID copy and go to there website and download a Handset Un-blacklisting request form. All documents required were submitted via email: ***. my worry is that from the 15th of October 2021 whereby I have submitted this documents as per their requirements I have not been assisted, when I call them someone will say let me put you through to contract department, and that department will say let me put you through to prepaid department, someone there will say let me put you through to Un-blacklisting department and them will say let me put you through to customer service 😢 😭. Finally they will say call the lawyers where you were handed over SSDA. Will I ever get help? Why is the information not the same but I'm calling the same company? To start with why was my handset Blocked?? Bcz alot who are using cell c and not paying they are using the cell phone and not the numbe? May I be assisted getting my phone working even if they take there number but my device.
