Cell C - time to wake up

I have posted about this company in the past. I am here today again to share just how utterly useless and depraved this company must be. Cell C persists to make contact with me to sell me all kinds of deals and contracts (quite frankly I couldn't care less what they are - as a former customer knowing what I do now). I had another marketing phone call from Cell C, this was the final straw. I asked “Anna” for her managers email address so I could put it in writing to have my details removed from their system. The email provided does not exist. Nicole Pillay, feel free to make contact and put this right. I have already made contact with the Information Board of South Africa but I do feel since your employee provided inaccurate information I should at the very least give you the chance to make amends before I take to legal action for harassment and breach of the POPIA Act. Numerous times I have asked Cell C to delete my information - I will hold you and your employees accountable should you choose to ignore this LAST chance.
