Cell C - Thumbs down for you

Cell C call centre is disgraceful. The lack of knowledge from staff and customer satisfaction is pathetic. Been trying to do a sim swap for my Cell C contract with no luck for 3 consecutive days. First 2 days was blocked due to cell c OTP number not coming through which is not my fault. Today due to my airtime loaded had finished on cell c (3 calls). I have a sim card that does not work. Today I spoke to a lady Pitty I cannot remember her name. Very rude and does not listen to what I am saying. I have to answer numerous security questions each time which takes time and airtime. Very frustrating. I have a contact sim card which I cannot use and cell c will never call back to help. Shocking and pathetic. Very disappointed customer from cell c. On to the next network from now.
