CELL C threw me to the sharks

I was unemployed where I stated skipping payment for CELL C.
however I would make payment arrangements, but they ended up taking my account to MMM Capital the lagal route.

MMM Capital and CELL C , where not giving me my correct balance that I hand to pay and I struggled to call them and find out what is my last payment that I need to pay. Because cell c was not checking my account at the legal department MMM Capital took advantage of me and where asking me an additional R1800 to settle my account where as a month before they told me that my last payment will be this month. now all of a sudden I need to pay more money. when I called CELL c they said my balance was R749 and MMM capital said 2000 and odd numbers. this is really not fair. cell c should monitor they client still. I do not want to be part of the CELL C family and I will share my experience with friends and family. I am still a cell c client but after this drama I cant deal with them any more. ive been a true loyal Vodacom client but I said let me try cell c now I regret ever going to them.
