Cell C threatening to suspend my services

Day 1 of protesting against Cell C until they fix my account.

I have about 5 negative reviews already against Cell C and each time I post on her they blow up my phone. The had previously registered me for the Get More program without my consent but eventually worked on cancelling it and they refunded me my money mid September. To my surprise October came and they still debited me for the Get More service that was cancelled 2nd of September. Called in a couple of times to try and get the refund, this went about a week of back and forth between the customer care department and the Get More department each sending me back to the other one.

Seeing I won't be getting my money back, I went on my app and did dispute the debit I then paid them what I rightfully owe them. My debit for this month is still ridiculously high and they are sending me emails threatening to suspend my services. They want me to pay in October a service that was cancelled beginning of September. I will be posting daily on here till they fix my account and to anyone thinking of getting a contract with them??? Don't bother.
