Cell C why are you *****ing R330 from me. My contract clearly states R560 and not R890. I am not your personal bank teller. Please take care of it and make sure that R330 is back in my bank account by the end of this week. Call me if you need more information. Thank you very much.

The additional charges could be out of bundle rates, however we will find out and if you were charged incorrectly the necessary refund will be prepared.
