CELL C - think they are above the law -think they can just do as they please.

Cell c deducted too much money from my account, when I queried it, the first time I was told that I had reversed a payment on the 19.09.2019 that was deducted in May 2019. Upon checking my bank statement and spending more than an hour and a half in their Key West Branch as well as numerous phone calls, we were all in consencous that the money had been taken and not refunded to my bank account. When I called yesterday I was informed that according to their system, the case had been closed and resolved. When I phoned today, I was told by Ayanda that no query had been logged on the account, then I was told oh, it had, but was resolved and I should contact the branch. The branch and yesterday's call had told me that the external debt collectors were where the mistake had come in. NO REFUND AND NO FEEDBACK. Cell C has bad signal and ZERO customer service
