CELL C - ******* AND NO CARE FOR CONSUMERS

Since my previous complaint, I did not purchase any package, on the 25th, 28th and 29th of May I received an email from Black how to go and cancel my purchase, am I working for Cell C, cause since I made no purchase, why is this up to me to cancel the f... thing????? On 9 May I received and email, "Thank you for purchasing .... package", on 18 May, I decided to lock on to Black through my black box in order to proof for the billionth time that my normal and black data is depleting simultaneously, since I purchase the package... when trying to lock on I got the following message "you have not purchased this content", I have a picture of my TV screen to proof this. After my previous complaint, I again tried to lock on to black today, this is what happened while steaming "Kaccha Limboo" movie, only put on any movie. At 11h28 my normal data was 1754.96 MB and my BLACK data was 9909.68 (which was supposed to be 20 000.00 MB (ALSO NOT SORTED OUT YET!!!), watch this very boring movie for about half an hour, at 12h07, when putting it off again, my NORMAL data was 1749.58 MB and my BLACK data still at 9909.68 MB, thinking it did not deplete BLACK data this time as from adverti*****ts I understand that BLACK data is free until August, I think. Very frustrating doing business with CELL C, THEY KEEP PROMISING TO HAVE THIS SORTED AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED FOR THREE MONTHS, AGAIN, WHY WOULD I PURCHASE ANY PACKAGE, AND ESPECIALLY AFTER A MONTH HAS PASSED AND NOTHING WAS SORTED, I HONESTLY WANT THEM TO PROOF MY PURCHASE.... WHICH THEY WILL THINK OF ANOTHER INCREDIBLE LIE TO TELL ME, AS HAS BEEN THE CASE SINCE THE PROBLEM WITH BLACK, ALSO STILL WAITING FOR THEIR CALL SINCE YESTERDAY AS WAS PROMISED. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL ANYMORE, AND PS. I AM NOT WORKING FOR YOU, SORT OUT THE **** WITH THIS BLACK SUBSCRIPTION WHICH I NEVER BOUGHT, IF I HAVE TO DO IT, I WILL FORWARD YOU MY HOURLY BILL FOR PAYMENT!!!!!!! I DID NOT MAKE A PURCHASE, SO NOW YOU ARE *****ING MY MONEY AND TIME. TOOK PICTURES AGAIN WHILE WATCHING THIS MOVIE AND DEPLETING MY NORMAL DATA. Oh, only, when I downloaded the BLACK APP, I only followed their instructions, got the 7 day trail period, which I never could use, and NOW I MADE A PURCHASE???? BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ONTO THE APP SINCE REGISTERING????? SO WHAT, ARE THEY PUTTING PEOPLE UNDER A FALSE PRETENSE??? ALSO THE APP SPECIFICALLY SAYS THAT YOU CAN MAKE A MONTH TO MONTH PURCHASE, IT IS NOT A SUBSCRIPTION, SO IF I DID A PURCHASE, FOR SURE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO GO BACK ONTO THE APP IN ORDER TO CHOSE A PACKAGE FOR THE MONTH, AND I NEVER TOUCHED IT...........
