I bought data on the 22nd March 2024 for about R230. Suddenly the SIM is no longer working,I swapped it into other phones,same message,NO SIM card - Emergency Calls Only. I went to Twitter to raise this matter,three days later I am told "technicians" are still trying to fix the issue. I don't buy this, nobody is doing anything. You're just buying time to frustrate a customer so he can give up and leave the matter as it is. What annoys me are the lies,that they have been calling me and struggled to reach me. Lies I was called only once. I told your Twitter agent that I am tired of lame excuses,I want a refund,by 8am this morning,its 9am no response. Clearly I am being undermined here and taken for a fool. I even suggested that get a new SIM and data be loaded there,it seems I am talking nonsense. Now,8 am going one of your stores and demand my money,no more stories.*** is the number in question
