Cell C *******

<p>Worst experience ever bought 200GB of ones off data used 101.06GB of the data the rest is LOST and I cannot use it what a ******* they stole 98.94GB of data, they cannot tell me where the data went to they gave me a print out of the data i used. I purchased the ones off 200GB (R1999) data bundle 23/05/2017 online via their website there customer service consultants are useless and can’t give me any answers and just say it will be referred to their technical department and they cannot tell me how long it is going to take to recover. My data SIM card number is as follows ********** they gave me the following reference number ********** 0 ********** they have not contacted me to tell me what is going on. And I cannot do any work online without my internet this is really unacceptable from a Hugh company to do this to their customers the lady that I spoke to says it must have been my computers automatic updates that used 98GB of data she should not even be working in a service centre if she come up with a load of bull like that as she has no idea how much updates a pc should use to use that amount of data and on the print out they gave me a lake side mall Cell C it clearly states I only used 101.06GB where is the rest of my data ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Some Where Cell C is slipping up big time and I would like the issue rectified ASAP.
