Cell C *******

I skipped payment on my contract now id like to pay them what i owe them but thay charged me for addition stuff like data on a contract that i could not use charging an addition +-1000 for months. I would like to pay them back but feel unhappy that I have to pay for data that I could not use since the contract was inactive after skipping payment it accumulated to a big amount that I am unhappy with. Please fix the amount i need to repay exclude the data you charge me for that I could not use and was not part of my contact so I can pay you what I owe you. Cell C are *******
