Cell C *******!
I was contacted by Cell C only after posting a negative review on this site about their habit of not providing the correct data according to my contract. Not surprisingly, their service proved to be terrible once again and they refuse to reimburse me that which they have ****** from me. I will be leaving and never returning. Please be warned if you are considering this company. They are not customer focussed - you will be sorry!

The consultant contacted you and provided clarity regarding this matter. She advised that you were allocated with the correct data according to your contract and explained the validity of the promotion and bundle.

25 Jun 2018, 10:02This is a bold-faced lie. The consultant phoned and proceeded to try and convince me that you had provided me with the correct data allocation. She tried to refer to the promotional data as proof that there was no irregularity, where as in reality, this data has nothing to do with what is due to me on a month-to-month basis. She then said she would check with the appropriate department and get back to me. Surprise, surprise NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I never heard from Cell C again.
