CELL C - *******

I had a contract with Cell C that was due to end at the beginning of July this year. In January I sent an email to cancel this and was told that I need to cancel closer to the date the contract ends. In April I tried again and was told that I can pay a settlement amount and the contract will be ended immediately. I made payment and sent through proof. Since then they keep deducting money off of my account. When I mailed asking for my refund, I now get phoned to say I never cancelled and whether I want to. I keep mailing them and every time someone else phones asking if I would like to cancel my contract, as if they cannot read!<br> It still has not been sorted out and its been this whole month. Today someone phoned and said that they will be deducting another amount at the end of July. They ***** my money and then I have to fight to get it back. Worst service provider ever!
