CELL C *****'S AND LIES!!!

I had a problem with the DATA sim card and my LTE Pocket Router within days i just bought it ,the network was very bad!!! first i report this matter regarding the network problem, i was told if i could just try to put the router by the side of the window the network will be just fine. I tried to do as i was told but the network was still very bad.

I took the Router and the sim card back to the store in within a month using it and i told them to cancel my contract because this thing is not working for me at all.

I AM SO SO SHOCK THAT I WAS BILLED AND MONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING THAT I DO HAVE OR OWN!!!!

I went to the store to inform them that money was debited from my account whereby i told them to cancel my contract and i bought back the router and sim card back to them.

The manager of the store promised to sort this case out and get back to me. even To-date no one has contact me back.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
