I worked for cell c in 2015 and left as a manager in 2017.needless to say I done alot for the business. In 2018 I got told that my accounts have been handed over.when I left I attempted to make a payment arrangement as I started new job a month later. When I got the job they did not attempt to debit me.i have records of all discussions with them and they promised call back , I am still waiting. I now app**** for home loan and am being told that I cant because of cell c. Is this legal? There was no phone calls to ask for payment.no warning.i called legal department today to arrange payment, and the advisor dropped the call.i have defended this brand for so long and starting to realise how terrible they are

I requested a email stating this as discussed in call.4 hours later and no email. I have since confirmed with necessary parties that my name has now been cleared and this is the dissapointment I get. Please someone help me resolve this
