Cell C *****s

So just to make it brief and short, we have been customers for cell C for more than 5 years. My parents recently went in to upgrade their phones due to the others not working and have been paying their insurance with no fail. Now after booking in the phones, we were told that the phones would not be fixed because of some lame excuse by the insurance which is C surence. We went back and disputed it and the phones were booked in again and these are 3 fully paid contract phones. 2 month down the line, we again were told that only 1 of the 3 would be covered, we had to take time off work so that we could take my parents to the walk in center and again we were given a different story, after expressing our dissatisfaction, they even have the audecity to call the security guards on us and told to take it up with the ombudsman, at whose cost?? Never again. This is the last contracts youl can kiss my money Good bye.
