Cell C *****

I have purchased a sim only month to month contract online from Cell C on the internet on the 1 th of April 2019. I have been contacting them from the 4 th of April 2019. I still did not receive the sim card so I could not use any benefits. They took R 599 from my bank account. So I paid R 599 to Cell C just for fun! Really *******. And nobody answers my emails at the online help center. The Call center transfers me to Sales and Sales transfers me to customer care. None of them are fit to help. They say... "please email the online department, which I did, but NO HELP. I have other contracts with Cell C but are so disgusted in their service, I want to cancel all 6 other contracts and close my bank accounts so they cant take any more money from me. Is there anybody out there that can help me?
