Cell C they just get worse and worse

After having an additional cellphone contract *******ly opened by a Cell C sales agent, Freedom Cele, (who told me it was an upgrade) and complaining to Cell C, I am now being debited for this contract. I was contacted and confirmed that the contract had been cancelled and there would be no debit as I never used the new number, now I get a bill which has an amount on for this other number. This needs to FINALLY be sorted out and closed once and for all, CELL C CAN YOU DO WHAT YOU PROMISED
