Cell C - They Cheat, Lie & *****

<p>In the beginning of June2016, CellC phoned and offered me a deal for Huawei Pocket Modem and I app**** for that. Then, instead of delivering the Pocket Modem CellC Deliver me the wrong router(Huawei LTE Home/Office Router) sameday I phoned and complained to CellC and spoke to Nondumiso who offered me the deal, she acknowledge that they did not have stock that is why they sent me another one(Since when CellC started to decide for me)? Anyway I was told to return that router. I cancelled the contract because they wanted me to wait for the stocks. IF CELLC DID NOT HAVE THE STOCK THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE OFFERED ME THE DEAL.</p> <p>Now after a month they charged me for the same router which I have never ordered. Today (27July16) I phoned CellC and queried about that ,After holding and been tranfered from department to department for 50min I was told to phone sales dept. Which i did on 084140 and they cut the call on me.</p> <p>If CellC is not going to refund my money, I will be forced to take legal action. This is ridiculous coming from an entity who claims to be the best in the country. I cannot pay for something i do not have.</p> <p>My RMA is " ********** 65"</p> <p> </p> <p>Adil Mahomed</p>
