Cell c THEEVES

It had been nearly a year now that I am editing for a refund of money that was ****** from me. I had a debit order which was incorrect so I stopped payment then a few days later I paid cash then they deducted aian my account fir the same month and the same amount. I have been sending the proof that this was aid twice. Even my cell c statement shows the 2 payments. The lady from the customer service agreed with me she can see the double payment she sent it to the finance department even highlighting the amounts paid. She tried telling them 4 times and they still refuse the refund me. NEVER EVER EXPECT TO GET ANY OF YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CELL C TO ANYONE, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEEVES. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS. OVER AND OUT. PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS NEVER EVER JOIN UP WITH CELL C THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF SERVICE, THEY ARE JUST OUT TO STEEL AND GRAB WHAT THEY CAN GET.
