cell c - the worste cell phone service provider in sa

My experience cell c has been nothing short of terrible. I have shared my experience before on this platform and the service just seems to get worse as I continue to interact with them. i initially tried taking taking out a cell phone contract with cell c. they sent me the wrong package, after months, ram eventually collected the cell phone last week. i have not heard anything from them since. they however continue to debit my account and i have to continuously advise my bank to send the debit order back. i have received no confirmation that they received the cell phone and that the contract has now been cancelleed. i need assistance please. thanks
