Cell C the worst you can find

Cell C is the worst contract provider ever. I had a cellphone contract with them, I then decided to settle the account amd dis not know that I had to call again to close it. 3 months later I wanted to take out a laptop contact with them but was told that I still owe the previous contract, HOW??! They told me that I did not call to cancel it. It's their job to inform us as Clients on what to do when closing.

I then paid it and took out the laptop contract that came with a router as I need it for school. A year later I paid off the laptop and decided to keep the router for R89 pm. 2 months later I called in to enquire as to why are they not debiting for the router they advised that there was an amount due to me from the laptop settlement and they taking it from there. But still 4 months later they are still not debiting I got worried and asked them to cancel the router and close all contacts with them and they assured me that there was no amount that I owed them and they will send me a paid up letter.

Now I'm amazed that Cell C tried to debit my account with an amount of R870, WHY??!. O called them and they sent me from pillar to post, finally they said I should contact their legal department, I held on for moee than 20 minutes and my airtime wasted because it's not for free.

Cell C what must I do get assistance from you, explain to me why I owe you R870 after I paid off and closed the account.
