Cell C the worst thing ever

Cell C double debited my account. I usually pay R1131 every month, now for February the debit order didn't go through as i had insufficient funds in my account, however, on the 6th of March 2023 the transaction went through and my account was now up to date.i called their useless customer service department just to confirm if the payment was received, as always, they told me it shows that payment was done but it hasn't cleared... To my surprise this morning, i wake up to a double debit, Cell C debited R2336 instead of R1131, i demand my refund. I don't want to be taken from pillar to post, the same way money left my account must be the same way money is refunded. Otherwise I'll be left with no choice but to stop the debit order and make cash transfers. I cannot wait for the day where I'm told that I'm done with Cell C, it used to be so good with me over the years, but now it's nothing but a ****ty business
