Cell C - THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE HISTORY OF EARTH

I have no words. First they couldnt get the delivery adress right for my parcel and sent the delivery company on a wild goose chase despite me confirming it with cell c multiple times. I held back writing a revue at the time because I usually do not like to talk bad about anyone even if it's a company. But I've really genuinely had enough now. There has been intermittent data and network connectivity for almost a week now until it got very bad today and I couldn't make call or basically do anything on my phone . Eventually I got through to cell c . They asked if my data roaming was on and I said yes and they asked me to change a setting and it should be okay. I did what they said and it was temporarily okay until everything stopped working completely. I had to go buy 1GB of vodacom data just to connect to the internet. I'll have them know that that's the data I am using now to write this review. They dont even tell you why this is happening and lucky for them it's so bad that you cant even reach them to complain. Cell C company needs to be removed and taken over by vodacom or mtn . To day that your quality of service is pathetic would be the understatement of the century because there are no words for you. Paying customers cant even use their data or make calls , WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR??? If your pathetic excuse for a network ever returns I will be calling you to explore my options to end my contract because I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU!
