Cell C: The worst service provider in South Africa

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Firstly gave false information regarding a data package with regards to price and signal availability. 2nd they did not want to help me in store or online or via email when I queried my statement and keeps referring me to head office. After 3 months of not paying the cellphone contract was stopped and I no longer can use the phone. Even with the contact being stopped they still added the data contract to my statement and this is even after numerous emails to sort out the problem. Long story short after months not paying for something I did not sign up for they cancelled the account and requested I pay R30 000 in settlement fees as the data package suddenly became a 24 month contract. Let me explain... The consultant told me the data package would be R1000 pm on a monthly contract which I am able to cancel any time.. End result... R1500 per month for 24 months with absolutely no signal to use is! Now there are layers involved and no one wants to do their job
