Cell C the worst service provider ever

A month later of asking for a paid up letter for a n amount that i did not even have to pay but only paid due to some incompetency with CellC i still do not have my paid up letter , my credit rating is in the dumps thanks Cell C for your poor service i would never reccomend you to anyone.
