Cell C The worst service provider

I ported to Cell C last year from MTN. The simcard just lost signal so l was advised to do a sim swap. I bought a simcard at pep and called the call centre l was told that l failed the security questions l tried again same thing. I went to a Cell C store and l was prepared to pay whatever amount for the sim swap to be done. I was then told that the SIM card is not registered in my name? Like what the hell l never experienced this with MTN and l have been using this number for years and all my life is connected to it. I could not access my bank account now l have a new stupid number that no one knows. Worst part is that l a job sicker so my CV has my old number and Cell C cannot do anything about it.

The most annoying thing l was told to buy an unRICAd sim and l don’t know where the hell to find that because PEP sells RICAd sims
