CELL C - THE WORST PROVIDER TO DEAL WITH, THEY ***** YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Today i spoke to T****ha from cell c cancellations. To say that she has no knowledge of empathy and understanding is far from this. This person who is supposed to assist me as i have been calling Cell C since March this year to cancel the expired 24 month contract has no remorse for me as a customer. I am explaining every month that after the 24 months contract has ended i do not want the contract further and please stop debiting me as it must be canceled. It seems like cell c is tooo quick to debit and ***** my money but want to impose a useless process on me.

I had a wi-fi pocket router for 24 months . SO in my mind after the 24 months the contract must END. as i chose a 24 month contract and not an OPEN contract. so when i have been calling in all year to find out why Im being debited i am told that i have to give a months notice. So each time i say then please cancel the contract. i do not want it. so when a person says this, Cell C agents and cancellations department does not use their logic and end the contract.

Contract end date - end February 2019 to date I have been debited R 139 each month tallying up to R 1112 -00 The contract was a 24 month contract.

today the cancellations agent T****ha confirms that the system has now captured that the end date must be 30 November and they will now debit me for another R 139 end of November.

This lady clearly is on another planet as I am continuously telling her I call every month to cancel the contract and ask for a refund. But it is not done, so now it will mean i have lost R 1251 as she says that they will not refund me.
