cell c the worst provider ever

I sent my phone 1.5 months ago for repairs it comes back with full of scratches. My phone was used for less a month. When it was booked in for repairs it was scratched free as my phone was always in a case. This is disgusting the problems never end with cell c. The communication with cell c even after logging the complaint has been of no joy this was the consultant who communicated with me after my first interaction with hello Peter.
