Cell C - The worst phone company in RSA
I am a customer for 20 years at cell c and launched a query on Wednesday 16 November 2022 (I asked for a paid up letter for a previous handset). I got a reply that a agent will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. It is Wednesday 23 November 2022 (a week later) NO REPLY after numerous calls and emails nobody can/will assist on this issue. The consultants are ***********, team leaders does not call back and customer service does not reply on emails. The worst phone company in RSA
