Cell C, the worst on customer care.

So the question is:

Why have shops for any industry if you have to always phone customer care?

So I work monday to friday. Sometime on Saturdays. So on Sunday I have time to go and sort out my problems, so I thought.

Firstly, I go to the counter and ask for a statement, then referred to another counter, if they can't print something as small as a statement, then why even be around. Secondly, I ask to cancel my contract, I can't be helped, because they can't do cancellations on a sunday. So I ask, why would you have these places open, if they can't give the service you need. No body knows my situation, can I make phone calls when at work. Do I have access to a phone when at work. But service levels in these centers are not available at all. Surely with umeploryment so high, a person could find the wright people who can actually do the job.

CELL C is the worst place and the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. I wish the rumours of them closing down would happen. Maybe the next service provider will actually have customer care.

So if you want to stay away from any cell c, stay away from the one in keywest, hell i would stay away completely if i were you...
