CELL C --- THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER

This is the worst and most terrible company ever to have a contract with and I personally think that's why they are falling into financial loopholes.I have a wifi contract with them with a fixed premium of R299.00 a month.Suddenly I noticed the premium deduction increased at the end of July. When I contacted the call centre to do a query I was told that Cell C has the right to increase the price on a contract.Apparently they did send me a message via sms. How can CELL C get my consent and permission via an sms which I did not receive. Where is the proof that I gave them permission to increase the premium.Why do we take contracts ? Its because we look at the affordability and whether we are in a position to pay.They cannot just increase the price whenever they feel like.Its *********....I will never ever deal with them ever again, A very deceptive company...I rather will stick to MTN with the excellent service and being the best service provider...No hidden agendas.Please guys be vigilant if you decide to take a contract with them,monitor every fine print.
