Cell C, the worst I've ever dealt with.

The worst cellphone company I've ever dealt with.I cancelled my contract in November 2023, they call me in January 2024 to inform me there's an outstanding and I make payment. A month later the contract is still active. I ask them why they said there's a R70 penalty I was supposed to but no one informed me. I make pay and a month later the account is still active. I send proof of payment hoping that all sorted. A month later the account is still active. I call them the call center agent tells me it take 3 month for the money to reflect. I lost it and asked to speak to the supervisor even today I'm still holding for the supervisor.
