Cell C the WORST ever

From the end of last year I had the worst WORST service from Cell C. It all started when I wanted to upgrade my contract. Bear in mind that I have been with Cell C for more than 15 years. First they sent me phones I did not want, it took me a long time and calls and pleading to get the phones back to them. The nearest store is about 150km from me. I drove to the store to do the upgrade. At the store I was assisted by a lady that explained to me that she will be able to assist. She did the upgrade and I signed. I Various times told her that I only want my two 2 contracts upgraded and the phones I want. She did the upgrade and gave me the phones. She also told me that there is a promotion and if I call her in two weeks she would lower my subscription. She gave me her number and I left the Cell C shop in Galaria Mall, Durban. She even wrote down how much I would pay. I did call back in two weeks and she told me she is on leave. I then found out how she mislead me. She made me without my knowledge sighn a 3 year contract with Cell C. My subscription was now about 2000 a month. I then found out that she has been under investigation and was fired. And me Stuck with a contract I don't want and a R2000 payment. She said I will pay around R400. I then drove the 150km to Galaria mall again to try and see what I could do about the 3 year contract. I was basically shown the door and told it's my problem and I have to pay. No ideas no help just sorry on your way you go. Then tonight 2025-05-08 I called cell C customer service to load a voice bundle on one of my numbers. (I have been a customer for over 15 years and never skipped one payment). I was told sorry you can't and all excuses. I have never been treated like this. I am just a nothing for these huge big companies. But one thing. Every little drop fills the bucket, and I think my drop is drying out for Cell C. Pay pay pay and this is the service I get, I will not recommend a company like this to anyone I know and will warn everyone to stay away if they don't want to be treated like ****
