Cell C the worst

So I am a victim of identity *****,someone opened an account with Cell C using my documentation. I sent everything needed begining of May (ID copy,SAPS affidavit,bank statement) to Cell C and they said the matter wqs escalated to their ***** department and will get back to me in 2 days. It is now torwards the end of June,when I call them they say they haven't received the documents and should resend then I wait for a week and check again and the same email all over again of the matter being escalated to the ***** department and the promise of getting back to me in 2 days. Just this week alone-it has been 3 days already and nothing from Cell C. my credit report still shows this account I did not open in my name and is in arrears,this is affecting my credit score also.
