Cell C the worst customer service provider.

So a day or two I placed a post of the poor service Cell c give there regular customers. So they rep**** and said expect our call shortly, big surprise to date no call. I have a screenshot where I can show that I was kept on line for about 22 min before someone answered my call in head office. Then I got transfered from this point to that point. The last person to help me was a bit better. I want to assure you something today, I will close all my accounts one by one as they come up. I am done and I refuse to be treated like this. Your sales people on branch level and head office are terrible, no wonder cell c is in trouble.
