Cell C the worst contract and service provider!!!

I had a contract for 24 months which ended in September 2023 to find out the contract does not get cancelled once paid off you need to call to cancel it

Upon doing so I was made aware of payments due to cancellation period which I could not pay so the two months October and November went unpaid and there was R70 charges for each month in arrears but once payment went through the charges went over a 1000 rand which I have been calling to sort out with them

But it doesn’t get resolved

I’ve experienced calls dropped and dealing with consultants unwilling to listen to my query and being sent from pillar to post by consultants

Empty promises on being called back

And consultants saying managers will call me back

And complaints logged with no reference or answer

Disputes logged with no reference or answer

And after various calls, I could no longer call their helpline as my number got blocked

I’ve been such a loyal customer throughout the two year of my contract, never missed even one payment. Cell.c made such little effort to assist me. I’m so frustrated and disappointment in cell.c service to say the least .

Today I spoke to a number of agents but I can only recall Tsakelani that promised to put me through to the manager Dineo but my call got cut whiles being on hold for over 12 minutes. And then I called in again and spoke to Gloria that was also supposed to put me through to Dineo but while talking to Gloria, she cut the call.

Cell.c is an ********* service provider and a disappointed to society. Useless is an understatement to describe cell.c.
