Refer to my review dated 21 June 2023 on this site . Cel C made all kind of promises and assurances to resolve the situation but failed to do so. Just empty words. How do they still exist in business is beyond me . It is unimaginable that management have not stepped in to contact my friend Mrs Naicker. and resolve the matter. We now also have the added problem of the monthly debit order being ducted in a few days at the beginning of the July. Getting a refund from Cell C is an impossibility and we will have to approach the Banking Ombudsman to have the debit order cancelled and a application;y for a refund . One has to question how is it possible that Cell C with such poor business practices are allowed to trade in South Africa ? Their day to answer is coming soon !!!
