Cell C the worst
<p>I had a bad experience with cell c, customer service the worst too.Now i am paying i huge bill on a contract which i didnt agree on because of an *********** sales person who filled in wrong information on their system.</p> <p> </p> <p>My contract was for R279 per month but come monthend i have a R3057 bill which i contested for months to noone helping me except that, the person who signed me had ticked the unlimited contract which i had no idea about.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i am trying to clear the bill and cancel the contrac***** the worst Company ever!!</p>

13 Mar 2017, 12:36Skhumbuzo did contact me and the case is partially resolved.
Now i am still waiting for the refund i requested on the 6th of March.
Called today and been notified that noone was assigned to my case, hence the reason why everything is stagnant.
Skhumbuzo please assist.
