Cell C the worse of the worst

The worse service ever, I loaded airtime on the 04/11/202 in the morning tp exchange it for data and my airtime disappeared and I never received the data that I bought, I called Cell c twice that day and was assures its the system error and an escalation will be done for the refund that never happened, on the 05/11/2020 I called again spoke to the supervisor who luckily escalted my query for the first time as it was not done the previous day but the Agent assured it was done escalated and got a message that the query was resolved then I called yet again only to be told it will be refunded within 24 to 48hours and Am seating here waiting for my refund for 4 days while its not my problem that Cell C has system issues and the first agent I spoke to **** to me this is really an inconvenience and all of the they say they are Sorry, I mean sorry is not gonna fly with me as that was my money that I spent to buy data, I lost business as I use data to do promotions, Cell C is ***, My numbers are ***
