cell c the trashiest network in the world

I have been complaining about one thing over and over again.. That when I have airtime and normal data I get charged from those instead of whatsapp data because I'm only using it with that sim card instead of them assisting they taking Ke pillar to post and providing different information.. I am frustrated and I don't seem to get assistance from anyone even their back office guys..I regret why I upgraded my contract.. It is going to be the longest 2 years for me
