Cell C the *******

Cell C contracts department is the worst I have ever seen, I took out a contract in 2017, IPhone 7,I was quoted including insurance, my phone was ****** when I claimed, I was told there is no insurance, I had to take out a 2nd contract, I basicly paid over 12 months for something I don't have, once my 1st contract completed, I request a number change as I was not using my 2nd contract sim, after 1 year my 2nd contract came to an end and the number change was still not done, in September 2020,I put in a notice to cancel my contract when it ends in October 2020 as per the 30 day notice period, I even paid a direct amount into the Cell C Nedbank account to ensure October is my last debit, but as recently as 1 December 2020 is still taking debit orders and claim my number is only temporarily De activated, but yet they still debit and claim its for benefits I receive, what bene3because I canceled, I did eve3they request me to do to cancel, when you phone in, they sent you from pillar to post and their staff is very rude. Cell C is ******* and do not belong or deserve to operate in ou country
