Cell C the South Africa of Network that Just Keeps FAILING

So this morning is one record books for stupidity. I bought R250 airtime yesterday afternoon. Now when o try to top up my connecta boom all my airtime is gone. Firstly I check my ap balance and see i still had data. (night time and day time) lots of night data but all my airtime is gone. I then reach out politely via Twitter to receive a response saying that subscriptions used it I must dial 147 or something like that but firstly how because sim has been in a router since the day it ****en came. I honestly just want either my airtime or my data topped up. I didn't use it, its rightfully mine.
