Cell C the ****** *****s with their rude ******** staff

I recently had a case with Cell C, ref ***, they incorrectly tly billed me for 3 months after I canceled my contract, they recently accepted their error, sent me above red no, promise to pay only 1 month back, that was almost 3 weeks ago, I am still waiting for my refund, not only does their incomputent, uninformed and confused lazy call agents sent u from pillar to post, but they are also ****** and rude. The last one told me to call pre paid, but all along retention department have been assisting me, why is it that only certain ethnic groups get proper customer service in this country, I only want Cell C to refund, is it so hard for them to do, sies I will never again
