Cell C: The promoter of bad services and products

What pathetic service!!!<br> <br> First I get billed more than usual and then I can't get my query resolved. I call the Customer service number but all I get is 'um, we escalated the issue' and then I get told that I cannot speak to anyone in the billing department. I will never use Cell C again and I advise anybody reading this comment to do the same.<br> <br> Looks like it's so easy for Cell C to debit money off your account without explanation.<br> <br> Oh, and to make it worse I didn't have internet signal for a whole month when I was still on my contract.<br> <br> After all my calls and emails I hope somebody gets the message.
